How Outpatient Services Work at (Insert Facility Name)
Have your physician fill out the order form and fax it to our facility. If there are any questions upon receipt or review of the order, our patient services manager will immediately reach out to the physician's office. Our team will contact you to schedule your appointment. No appointment is necessary for X-Ray. All other advanced imaging requires a scheduled appointment.
Insurance and Outpatient Services
Insurance prior authorization is required for outpatient diagnostic tests. We also offer cash pay rates, which can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket costs and eliminate the need to wait for insurance approvals or co-pays.
